Tandemir Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi, trading as Tandemir Travel ("we", "us"), respects your privacy.   • Booking details. This website does not take bookings. When you arrange a service with us by phone or email, we collect your name, contact details, travel dates, flight information, and pick-up and drop-off locations.
  • Payment details. This website does not take payments. Card payments for our services go through a secure payment provider and we do not store your card details. We keep only the records needed for the transaction, such as its date and amount.
  • Website usage data. Your IP address, browser type and the pages you request are recorded automatically when you visit this website.
  • Cookies. This website does not set its own cookies or use analytics. Its typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser shares your IP address with Google when a page loads.

2. How we use your information

  • Providing our services. To arrange and deliver your journeys and support you along the way.
  • Communication. To answer your enquiries and send you updates about your bookings.
  • Marketing. To send you offers about our services, only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Running this website. To keep it secure and working properly.
  • Legal duties. To issue invoices and meet our other legal obligations.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these cases:

  • Journey partners. Chauffeurs, greeters, airports, airlines and hotels involved in delivering your service.
  • Service providers. Companies that handle payment processing, email or website hosting for us. They may use your data only on our behalf.

Some of these recipients may be located outside Türkiye. When we transfer data abroad, we do so in line with the applicable law.
